HRS Real Estate Foundation stone laid for the "LOU" construction project in the Tribschen district

Over the next two years, 147 modern, attractive rental apartments will be built in the Tribschen district of Lucerne. With a Coop branch, the district will also have a new retail outlet. Upgraded outdoor facilities and open spaces will be created. Today, those responsible laid the foundation stone for this future-oriented development. The apartments will be ready for occupancy in fall 2026.

HRS is developing and realizing the project. "It was important to us throughout the project to create added value for the neighborhood," Michael Breitenmoser, Head of Real Estate Development East, is quoted as saying in the press release. "More peace and quiet than before and space for liveable outdoor areas and greenery were important to us."
